The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

In response to climate change, we have been implementing initiatives such as upgrading to fuel-efficient aircraft, utilizing sustainable fuel, and making efforts to reduce CO2 emissions. We recently revamped the carbon offset system where customers could offset their own CO2, making it easier to use.

The JAL Group will continue to accelerate its efforts toward sustainability by working with its customers. We would be grateful if you could help us offset the costs and reduce the weight of our aircraft when you fly with us.

We believe that providing a safe and secure flight experience to customers who fly with Japan Airlines is one of our most important missions, and we aim to provide this both in a visible — and invisible — way.

At each touchpoint with our customers, we strive to best understand a customer’s wishes and emotions by combining the Japanese concept of Sassuru (non-verbal understanding using all five senses) with clear communication. We also believe that having high, unchanging standards for appearance, behavior, and language is a part of quality service.

With the increasing importance of sustainability, we aim to put company initiatives into action. Each of our staff members will proactively think and do what they can to effectively communicate our initiatives to our customers.

Ground Handling (Rikiya Shirakawa)

We feel that ground handling is a job that's not often visible to our customers but is an inevitable part of a customer’s seamless travel.

To ensure safe and on-time operations despite complicated schedules, we believe having good teamwork is key. We have detailed discussions and plan beforehand to ensure everything is safely, accurately organized, and done on time. We handle baggage, cargo, and mail with the utmost care as if they were all our own valuable items.

When passengers wave back at me with a smile through the window of a plane that I sent off on time after completing a difficult task, I get the most fulfilling feeling ever.
